1. The Promoter is Prezzee Europe Limited Company Number 799713 of The Black Church, St. Mary’s Place, Dublin 7, Ireland, D07 P4AX (Promoter).

2. The Prezzee Business Ireland Promotion (Promotion) is operated by the Promoter.

3. The Promotion will commence at 10:00AM GMT on 20 November 2025 and ends the earlier of:

a. 11:59PM GMT on 1 March 2026; and

b. the day on which 50 Qualifying Orders have been received by the Promoter,

(Promotion Period).

4. Receive a €100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Gift Card) to your Prezzee Business wallet on making your first order for Prezzee Smart eGift Cards to the aggregate value of €1,000 or more.

5. Gift Card recipients are then automatically entered into a random draw for a chance to win an additional €1,000 Prezzee Smart eGift Card issued by the Promoter (Prize).

6. The Promotion is limited to one (1) Gift Card per customer, and one (1) Prize for the Promotion.

8. Prezzee Smart eGift Cards expire 5 years after the purchase date.

9. All prices and values in these Terms and Conditions are stated in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT, to the extent that any VAT is applicable.

10. The Promotion is open to Prezzee Business customers who complete their first order of €1,000 or more (Qualifying Order) during the Promotion Period.

11. Entry is open to Irish companies that hold a valid Company Number and have a registered Prezzee Business account.

12. Participants must be authorised by their workplace to enter the Promotion and create a Prezzee Business account.

13. Create a Prezzee Business account – visit Prezzee Business and sign up for a free account.

14. Place a Qualifying Order – make an order for Prezzee Smart eGift Cards to the aggregate value of €1,000 or more during the Promotion Period.

15. Once your Qualifying Order is confirmed, you’ll automatically receive one (1) x €100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card (Gift Card) to your Prezzee Business wallet. The Promotion is limited to one (1) Gift Card per customer.

16. The first 50 Qualifying Orders then automatically receive one (1) free entry into the draw for a chance to win the Prize (Draw).  There is only (1) Prize.

17. The Draw is a game of chance and the winner of the Prize will be randomly computer-generated.

18. This Promotion cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other competition or offer.

19. It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.

20. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.

21. The Promoter reserves the rights to cancel the orders if it determines (in its sole discretion) that a single entrant has attempted to circumvent the terms in order to receive more than one Gift Card.

22. The winner of the Prize will be notified by email within seven (7) business days of the Draw and the company name and country of registration will be published on the Prezzee website at https://www.campaigns.prezzee.com/ireland-bonus. It is the responsibility of each entrant of the Draw to notify the Promoter of any change in their contact details.

23. The winner of the Prize acknowledges that the Promoter has a legitimate interest in publishing the winner’s details to ensure a valid draw has taken place.

24. The Promoter shall have no liability for a participant’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email or other security settings, for a participant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

25. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.

26. If the Gift Card and/or Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift Card and/or Prize with prizes of equal or greater monetary value. This right is subject to any applicable legislation, regulations or directions from a regulatory authority.

27. The participants use of the Gift Card and/or Prize is entirely at their own risk. The participants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against any liability arising from the participants acceptance and use of the Gift Card and/or Prize and the participants participation in the Promotion.

28. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related entities and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including, but not limited to) indirect or consequential, financial or other loss) to or by a participants.

29. The eligibility of entries is solely within the discretion of the Promoter.

30. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or damaged entries or other communications.

31. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant or other person.

32. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.

34. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request verification of the age, identity, residential address or any other information relevant to participation in the Promotion of all participants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information or fails to provide information that is reasonably requested by the Promoter.

35. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to accept entries which are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or which contravene any applicable laws or regulations.

36. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or otherwise acts to cheat or undermine the fairness of the Promotion by, for example, tampering with, or using or exploiting errors in, the entry process to obtain a competitive advantage over other participants.

37. Directors, employees and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related companies or its agencies, are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, child, step-child, parent, step-parent, legal guardian, sibling or step-sibling.

38. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
